Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange your purchase, provided the goods are in its original condition, in its original box and proof of purchase is provided no later than 14 days of its original purchase date.

Your exchange can also processed at our Jordan's Jewellers store. Normal exchange terms apply and proof of purchase is required. We do not refund for incorrect choice.

Delivery Policy

For orders within Australia, shipping costs and methods are as follows:

• All items are sent with Australia Post, Registered mail and Person-to-Person delivery only.
• Person-to-person delivery is the safest way to post your prized possessions ensuring the addressee personally receives the delivery.
• Delivery is 3-5 working days depending on stock availability. The cost for delivery is $25.00
